What you might want to email about
- Feature requests — what would make this tool indispensable in your workflow?
- Feedback on a script — something the AI got wrong, weird, or generic. The more specific, the more I can tune the prompts.
- Bug reports— if something broke or didn't work, screenshot it and send it over.
- Refund requests — within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Just email the address you paid with.
- Press / podcast / collaboration— happy to chat about the tool, the niche, or AI's role in celebrancy.
- Privacy or data requests(UK GDPR — access, erasure, etc.) — I'll respond within 30 days as required by law.

A note on response time
This isn't a venture-backed support team — it's me at a kitchen table between training, ceremony work, and the rest of life. I'll always reply, but it might be 24-48 hours (longer on weekends). If something is genuinely urgent (e.g. you've got a ceremony tomorrow and the tool is broken), put URGENTin the subject line and I'll prioritise.
